POLICIES ON RETURNS/REFUNDS

- No Returns on Opened Jars
- Due to health and safety regulations, once a jar has been opened or tampered with, it cannot legally or safely be returned.
- Refunds or Replacements Allowed If:
- The product arrives damaged (broken jar, leaking lid).
- The wrong item was shipped (e.g., ordered strawberry but received blueberry).
- There is a quality issue (such as spoilage on arrival, broken seal, etc.).
- Return Window
- There is a 7-day window after delivery for you to report an issue.
- Proof (photo of damaged jar or packaging) is required instead of sending the food back.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are not done because of the cost and nature of food shipping. Instead, we will resend or refund.
- Shipping Responsibility
- If we made an error, we cover replacement shipping.
- If you made a mistake (wrong address entered), no refund is given or only partial.
