POLICIES ON RETURNS/REFUNDS

  1. No Returns on Opened Jars
    • Due to health and safety regulations, once a jar has been opened or tampered with, it cannot legally or safely be returned.
  2. Refunds or Replacements Allowed If:
    • The product arrives damaged (broken jar, leaking lid).
    • The wrong item was shipped (e.g., ordered strawberry but received blueberry).
    • There is a quality issue (such as spoilage on arrival, broken seal, etc.).
  3. Return Window
    • There is a 7-day window after delivery for you to report an issue.
    • Proof (photo of damaged jar or packaging) is required instead of sending the food back.
  4. Exchanges
    • Exchanges are not done because of the cost and nature of food shipping. Instead, we will resend or refund.
  5. Shipping Responsibility
    • If we made an error, we cover replacement shipping.
    • If you made a mistake (wrong address entered), no refund is given or only partial.
